Many families venture to Disneyland to each year so their children can meet their favorite characters. The Princesses are certainly no exception!  Below I have highlighted all the princess experiences you can find at The Disneyland Resort.

Disneyland Park:

Sleeping Beauty Castle:
Guests can enter into Sleeping Beauty Castle and wind through the hallways experiencing the story of Aurora through window scenes and displays.  There is never a wait for this, and it is a great way to get out of the heat!  Your little princess will love getting to walk through the castle!

Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique:
Here your little princess (or prince) can get a special make-over!  There are several different packages to choose from that include everything from hair and make-up to a royal gown!

Storytelling at the Royal Theater:
Six times a day you can experience a retelling of either Beauty and the Beast or Tangled in a fun and interactive way.  This show is entertaining for both children and adults alike.  Ask me for a fun tip on these shows!!

Meet the Princess at Royal Hall:
In this special meet and greet, your little one will be able to meet three different princess while only waiting in one line!  Be sure to check your Times Guide for the hours the princesses meet.  They tend to return to their royal bedchambers earlier than the park closing time!

Rides:
There are several rides at Disneyland Park that a little princess fan might enjoy!  Snow White’s Scary Adventure (beware it can really be scary), Storybookland Canal Boats, and the carousel can all be found in Fantasyland.

Fantasmic!:
The princesses make an appearance in Mickey’s dream as he embarks on a wild adventure!  This nighttime show runs on select nights so be sure to check the schedule for your vacation!

Disney California Adventure:

Frozen: Live at the Hyperion:
This is an hour-long production of the hit movie Frozen.  The talent is amazing, and it is full of colorful props!  It is fast paced enough that most children should be able to sit through it!  There is a dining package available for this as well.

Meet the Frozen Characters:
Inside the Animation Building, guests can meet some of their favorite characters from Frozen!

Visit the Beast’s Library:
While you are in the Animation Building visiting your Frozen friends, head down to the Sorcerer’s Workshop. At the end of the workshop, you will enter the library from the Beast’s castle.  You can watch the rose petals drop and discover which Disney character best fits your personality!

Rides:
The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure is located just across from the entrance to Pixar Pier. On this ride, you will go underwater with Ariel as Scuttle shares the story of The Little Mermaid.

Paint the Night:
Paint the Night is a colorful nighttime parade packed with different characters from some of the greatest Disney movies of all time.  This does, of course, include some of our favorite princess like Belle, Rapunzel, and Cinderella!
