This past holiday season I traveled to Walt Disney World with my family.  We have been there this particular week many times and I can tell you that to say it is crowded is an understatement.  We don’t go with the expectation to be able to see and do everything, but we go to enjoy as much as we can.

It is common knowledge that every guest can make three fast passes before you start your vacation.  Did you know that you can get extra fast passes after you completed those first three?  This year my daughter learned that we can do this and she set out to make as many fast passes as possible in one day.  Her record is nine at Magic Kingdom in one day.

Here is how you can also get as many as nine fast passes in one day.

  1. Don’t be picky about which fast pass you get, you may not be able to get Peter Pan on the same day.
  2. When you check in at you last fast pass ride and you are walking up to the ride, this is when you get on the My Disney Experience App to find another fast pass.
  3. Don’t be afraid to pick a specific time or to change the times to see if something better comes up.  Kim changed the time four times and was able to get Space Mountain!
  4. Then just repeat steps two and three for as many times as you want to stay in the park, Tyler and Kim almost stayed until closing the day she got nine fast passes.  She was having so much fun with it!

When you go to Walt Disney World during peak times, it can be overwhelming by the amount of people that are there.  You need to go with the mindset that you are on vacation and you can do as much or as little as you want.  Knowing little tips and tricks to get around the long ride lines is always a help.
