In years past I’ve taken my boys to Disney Parks and it felt very princess heavy. And my friends and clients echoed that same sentiment. Well, I am here to tell you that Disney is working hard to change the theme park world for little boys! With several attractions that have opened in recent years to new experiences coming online there is more for boys to do than ever!
Here are some of the Whitney World Travel team’s favorite boy-friendly experiences at Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure:
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. This new land is nothing short of incredible and sure to bring magic alive for all ages. It is simply amazing!
Cars Land. What more can a boy dream of than cruising through a world only seen on the screen before this land opened. The attention to detail is amazing and it truly immerses you into the world of Lightning McQueen and his favorite sidekick Tow Mater. There are several great attractions within this land but Radiator Springs is a MUST do and sure to be a family favorite! You have to see it at night too — that is my favorite way to experience it!
Avengers Campus. I hope you are as excited about this one as I am! This new land opening in phases starting in Summer 2020 will allow your son(s) to feel like a HERO! From unique Marvel character experiences that can only be found at Disneyland, fighting the bad guys along side Spider Man and beyond there will plenty of super hero stories to come alive!
These are just a few big ways that Disney has worked to bring the magic of storytelling to your boy(s). There are many others to share! Our team would love the opportunity to build a customized vacation experience for your family. We will certainly show you where to find the pixie dust for your princesses but we will also show you where your boys’ favorite stories come to life!
