There are questions that I get asked all the time.  What’s the perfect age to take my kids to Disney? When should I plan to take my kids to Disney?  When will they get the most out of a trip to Disney? And there’s a simple answer-there is none!

I apologize for the clickbait title here, but there is absolutely no perfect age for a Disney trip. What’s perfect for one child and one family, may not be right for you.  People think I’m crazy for taking my kids when they won’t remember all of the pixie dust, but I remember those magical moments! Think instead about the perfect time.  When is it good for your family to go to Disney? What do you finances look like? Do you have the time available? Are you going to enjoy yourself with your children?

I’ve taken my children at multiple stages of their lives, and there has never been one time that I felt was better than the other.  They all experience the magic of Disney in their own way, and see new things with each and every visit. From babies to teenagers, there is truly something for everyone, and everyone will experience the Disney magic in their own way.

Disney is right for every age, with accommodations for everyone.  There are rides with no minimum height and rider switch options on other rides which lets your older children ride twice (once with each parent) for when your youngest can’t ride.  There are baby care stations at each park, tons of stroller parking and magic for everyone. Characters are friendly and gentle with young children, parades and fireworks are exciting to see and you’ll have a great time seeing your children take it all in, no matter how old they are.

Best of all?  Under the age of 3, your child’s Disney visit is free!  How’s that for magic!
