When only the best will do on a Disney Cruise Vacation, a concierge level vacation may be a fit for you. By booking as a concierge level guest the services and benefits begin far before your departure date.
First, the concierge level guests gain access to onboard bookings (spa, adult dining, port adventures, onboard activities requiring reservations and nursery) at the 120 day mark. This is only accessible to those in concierge and platinum level Castaway Cay Club Members. While this does not guarantee that you get the reservations and bookings you want it does significantly increase your chances.
Upon arrival at the port, a concierge guest uses pre-arrival check in as well as dedicated check-in cast members. Once upon the ship, we were welcomed in a private reception in the concierge lounge. Here, cast members assisted with any questions, confirmed requests, provided personalized and printed itineraries and went over the concierge level benefits.
The lounge became a hub for our family and friends that traveled with us. The well-appointed and luxuriously decorated lounge allowed a space outside of our room to enjoy light fare and non-alcoholic drinks any time throughout the day without having to venture into the main dining areas. The snacks were always opulent while still being accessible for our teen. Cocktail hour was a daily favorite of ours, which is at select times, we would meet our for a mixed drink or beer away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ship. Additionally, at preselected times, we were able to meet and greet select characters in our lovely lounge!
The concierge level rooms also offer small but important upgrades such as ideal stateroom placement on Deck 11 and 12, forward and details like Down Duvets on the mater bed.
Truly, after we cruised on concierge level, we were not sure we could ever go back. Whether looking for a Family Stateroom with Verandah or a larger suite, this is truly the ultimate in Disney Cruise upgrades.
