In May 2019 Royal Caribbean Cruise Line will be celebrating the opening of their brand new private destination, Perfect Day at CocoCay. Located in the Bahamas, Perfect Day will be exclusively for Royal Caribbean passengers and offer a place for guests to chill, thrill and simply unwind. From beautiful beaches and pristine water to thrilling rides and attractions, there will be a little something for everyone to enjoy. Here are some of the highlights of Perfect Day at CocoCay.
- Daredevil’s Peak: Take a spin down the tallest waterslide in North America.
- Thrill Waterpark: Ride the waves in the largest wave pool in the Caribbean.
- Galleon: Kids off all ages can shoot water cannons, get soaked in the splash pad and slide into more fun.
- Up, Up and Away: Soar up 450 ft in a helium balloon, the highest vantage point in the Caribbean.
- Zip Line: Zoom on an adrenaline filled 1,600 foot zip line ride across the island.
- Oasis Lagoon: Take a refreshing dip in the largest fresh water swimming pool in the Caribbean.
- Coco Beach Club: Relax in the only overwater cabanas in the Bahamas or in the beach front infinity pool.
- Spa Services: Want an ultimate relaxation day, enjoy a massage on the beach.
- Dining: 5 complimentary dining venues located throughout the island.
- Swim up bars: Guests who purchase onboard beverage packages can also use them on the island.
- Stay connected: Onboard purchased wifi packages can also be used on CocoCay.
- Trams: With so much to see and do in a day, trams will help get guests from one adventure to the next.
Along with all the fun above there will be several beach locations with white sands, blue waters, beachside activities, beach chairs and more for guests to enjoy. Lockers will be available for a nominal fee and towels will be complimentary. Royal Caribbean will also offer complimentary beach access wheelchairs for guests with special needs. There are currently 25 itineraries sailing to Perfect Day at CocoCay, one is sure to fit your family.
