Wouldn’t it be great if you could capture all those magical moments during your Disney World vacation without worrying about your own camera or that someone in your travel party will be left out of the picture? Now you can!
Disney offers a service called Memory Maker. This service will allow the enter family to be in the picture. You can even have the Photo Pass Photographer take your picture with your own camera!

Simply locate the Photo Pass Photographers throughout the four Walt Disney World theme parks, both Disney water parks, Disney Springs and even character dining! The first time you locate a Disney Photo Pass Photographer, you will receive a card (much like a credit card) or they may scan your Magic Band. This card or Magic Band will be scanned each time your family stops for photos and will electronically “hold” all your photos for viewing online or at any of the Photo Pass stores in the theme parks and some of the Disney resorts.
A Few Photo Pass Tips:
- If you are using a Photo Pass card, take a picture of the numbers on the back of the card. These numbers are what you will need to view your photos online. Or write these numbers down and keep it in a safe place should you misplace your Photo Pass card.
- If you misplace a Photo Pass card, no worries, just ask for a new card and you can connect all photos for all Photo Pass cards
- Make sure and ask for “magical” photos! Photo Pass Photographers will have you act as if a certain Disney character is sitting next to you or perhaps holding a character in your hand. When you view your photos, a Disney character will “magically” appear”!
- Fun poses always make for great memories!
Where are the Photographers:
Most Photo Pass Photographers wear a standard costume with blue pants or shorts, white shirt and a khaki vest with a Photo Pass logo on it.
Viewing your Photos:
- To view your photos, visit disneyphotopass.com within 30 days.
- Log in or register first at Disneyphotopass.com
- Enter in the numbers from your Photo Pass card. If you have the Memory Maker this should be linked through your My Disney Experience profile.
- You can edit your photos, add fun borders, create fun products, share your photos. I use Dropbox to share our family photos with other members of our travel party.
You can save money on your Disney photos with Disney’s Memory Maker Service. A special pre-order package can be added to your reservation — this must be done at least 5-day prior to your arrival. Let your Whitney World Travel Advisor know if you would like this added to your vacation package!
